About

I am a missionary to missionaries in Europe, the forgotten mission field.  Europe may not tug the heartstrings of most, like mission fields where the people suffer devastating poverty[1].  The poverty of Europe is spiritual poverty.  Here, where missionaries were once sent into all the world, now has become the most secular, least Christian continent on earth (Operation World, page 79).

Human trafficking is present throughout Europe, and can be seen at all levels of European society, not only in the form of prostitution.

Drugs and alcoholism are likewise devastatingly present throughout Europe.

Abortion and black market organ trafficking persist even in the most “religious” countries of Europe.

Suicide was first legalized in Europe, and has become a thriving industry of death.  I remember reading in high school about the Ethical Suicide Parlors[2].  Unfortunately, those things have been a reality here in Europe (Switzerland since 1941 and The Netherlands since 1984).  Though many here still commit DIY suicide.  Fourteen of the top twenty countries with the highest suicide rates are here in Europe.

Now the refugee crisis has brought new challenges and even more need for missionaries in Europe.  This is a mission field that has literally come flooding through our doors.  We cannot afford to let this opportunity pass us by.  If we act now by sharing the love of Jesus in concrete ways, we can win even those who think to conquer us by their sheer numbers.

Please pray for me and other missionaries to Europe.

Please consider supporting missions in Europe.  If you would like suggestions of missionaries to Europe support financially with your donations, please contact me below[3].

[1] There is poverty in Europe.  The third world can be found on the outskirts of virtually every beautiful European city because there you will find Gypsies encamped in devastating poverty.  They are marginalized by the rest of European society.
